Racism is still a very big issue throughout today. Although we have had some changes in the way different races are treated, there are still countries that discriminate to an extreme. The U.K. is one of the highest racially violent countries in the world, and the problem is only getting worse. Also, Greece is known to discriminate the most against people of different ethnic heritages. It is still likely for blacks to be turned down for loans, jobs, and other opportunities in our society today, simply due to stereotyping. Most people don't even realize that what they say is being racist, nor do they want to admit that they are discriminating.
